Across our schools, inspiring examples of fusing technology with education happen every day – created by both teachers and students.
Whether it’s iPads, apps, animations or 360° cameras, iBooks or iTunes U content – we only use technology in ways that enhance learning.
Examples of student work
Un Libro
Pupils interact with Un Libro by Hervé Tullet. Pupils created versions in Spanish with the Explain Everything App. Apart from developing language skills, children were collaborating, using their memory, being creative and practising pronunciation.
Reflective learning
iPads have transformed how we look at our learning. Here, a Rosedale House pupil reflects on her own work and how it could be improved.
Comenius Project – Virgem Shake
A Senior School classical language and culture project, in which students created a stop-frame animation working collaboratively across the Art, Classics and Music Departments and with other European schools.
The Pelinguist
Sixth Form Language students have published their own iBook, The Pelinguist, which features articles in seven different languages, with videos, quizzes and other fantastic interactive content.
