In their Art lesson on January 30, ten Year 10 students, with Mrs Wilshaw and Ms Dilorenzo, visited an installation titled, “24 Portraits: Recovering and Reimagining Women’s Labour”, by artist Emma Copley at the Department of Pathology, University of Cambridge.

Join Principal Tricia Kelleher and members of our student eco-committee, as they talk to farmers in Kenya who are working with TIST to plant more trees.
TIST encourages Small Groups of subsistence farmers to improve their local environment and farms by planting and maintaining trees on degraded and/or unused land.
As the trees grow, carbon captured is quantified and verified and certified greenhouse gas credits are sold in the global carbon market.
With a focus on healthy lungs, Dame Bradbury set to on a mission to raise awareness of rare lung diseases to support The Ruth Strauss Foundation.

Our Year 9 Creative Arts Evening was, once again, a resounding success.
This event offers students a unique opportunity to share the work produced across their Art, Design, Music and Drama lessons with parents, family and friends.
Another very successful language taster day was held at Dame Bradbury’s, with children in Year 6 getting the chance to sample both German and Mandarin language lessons to supplement their already regular French and Spanish lessons at school.
