If you've got ideas about how the school should develop, just let us know. You've got a major stake in it, after all.

LeadershipEvery form elects a form leader and student forum rep each term. The student forum meets every half term, with the head of the senior school, to talk about the issues that matter to you – recent discussions have led to improvements to school lunches, changing rooms and bag storage. This is your chance to develop your leadership and communication skills and to make a real difference in the school.

Students in Years 10 and 11 provide leadership to the whole Senior School. You can act as academic mentors to younger students, offering individual guidance, encouragement and support, and volunteer in lots of other areas of school life, from helping in the library to working with sports teams of younger students.

The team is selected from Year 10 at Easter each year and serves until the end of spring term in Year 11. They meet the head of senior school every week to discuss current issues and provide a communication channel between senior management and students.

From the spring term in Year 10, every student has the option of stretching themselves by joining a committee.
