Our Parents and Friends Association (PFA) has two roles: to provide a social framework and services for parents and to raise funds for school projects which will benefit the pupils.

Fund-raising projects vary from year to year and during the year the PFA Committee runs a number of events, interspersed with opportunities for parents to meet socially. Events include Christmas and Summer Fairs, cake sales, quiz nights and a disco for Year 6.

There are also many opportunities for informal gatherings, such as coffee mornings and potluck suppers, which are arranged by PFA form representatives or the parents themselves.

We warmly encourage you to take advantage of the opportunities provided by social events to meet other families and members of the PFA Committee.

Can you help?

The PFA Committee is always keen to welcome parents who are new to the Foundation. We appreciate that not everybody has time to join a committee and attend meetings, we do rely greatly on non-committee parents to help us manage events. Please contact the PFA Committee via the main School Offices, with offers of help, suggestions, new ideas or indeed if you would like to be a form representative or join the committee.
