Michael is founder and director of Kaze Consulting. He previously held senior strategy and operational positions with multiple FTSE 250 organisations, Central Government departments and defence industry. Michael is an alumnus of The University of Edinburgh and Imperial College London.

Alex Routh is a Professor of Colloid Science in the Chemical Engineering & Biotechnology Department at the Uni­versity of Cambridge. He is a fellow and Director of Studies for Engineering and Chemical Engineering at Gonville and Caius College. His research is in the field of fluid mechanics.

Lavinia is an alumna of Stephen Perse Cambridge and previously served as a Trustee of Oxfordshire Youth.

Ray Anderson is the Executive Chair of Cambridge-based tech business Bango plc, and a prolific angel investor. He won a Perse scholarship at Gonville & Caius College where he studied Natural Sciences and Computer Science. His daughters are Foundation alumni.

Susana is an accomplished multi-lingual Executive with extensive international and multi-sector experience and a strong background in guiding organisations through significant change. Successful at overseeing strategic direction across diverse organisational structures, she has held senior and executive roles at prominent organisations such as Lloyds Banking Group, HSBC, Hiscox, BP, International Power, and Irwin Mitchell.

Richard is the Head of Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, one of the three schools which make up the Wakefield Grammar School Foundation. He previously held senior leadership roles at City of London School and Tonbridge School. Richard has a M.Chem and D.Phil in Theoretical Chemistry from Worcester College, Oxford.

Anna Maria has a long career history in operational, marketing and governance roles across prominent national and international schools. She holds an MA in English Language and Literature from Oxford University and sits on the Development Board of Christ Church, Oxford University.

Munish is Director of Sustainability for Specsavers Group, supporting the design and delivery of its global sustainable business strategy. He is also a Fellow at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, empowering business leaders to tackle critical global challenges. Munish is Senior Independent Advisor to BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management UK and trustee of sustainable development charity, Bioregional. He is a trustee of Rama Foundation, a UK charity building the capacities and skills of unserved communities in India.

Graham is a consultant at Chater Allan LLP, having worked as a Partner there for 35 years, prior to which he worked at Hays Allan in London. During his tenure at Chater Allan he specialised in charity accounting and auditing, also fulfilling the roles of Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Ethics Partner. His education client portfolio has included a number of independent schools and Cambridge Colleges. Additionally, he has served as a trustee for Wintercomfort for the Homeless and currently holds the position of trustee for the Ludwig Wittgenstein Trust, as well as Treasurer for Great St Mary’s, The University Church, Cambridge.

Currently Area Chief Financial Officer, Central Eastern Europe Markets at AstraZeneca Plc, Anu is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a long career in senior commercial finance roles, experienced in managing both medium and large-scale business enterprises. Anu is a graduate from the University of Leeds having studied Mathematics & Management.

Janet runs her own leadership development consultancy, following a previous career spanning sales & marketing, HR and general management for FTSE 100 companies and SME’s and as Executive Director for ACS International Schools Ltd, a group of schools near London and in Qatar. She currently also works with young people in the local community on a voluntary basis.

Suzy is an experienced C-suite commercial business leader with a strong track record in leading organisations through growth, development, M&A, and restructuring. She currently serves as Strategic Development Director at CLSQ, specialising in the real estate, mortgages, lending, and insurance sectors. Suzy previously held CEO and COO positions at ERGO UK Specialty Limited, where she achieved significant growth and led comprehensive business transformations. A qualified solicitor and Fellow of the Institute of Directors, Suzy brings over 30 years of leadership experience across UK, European, and international insurance markets. Her expertise includes strategic business development and growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Marwan has over 25 years of experience in education, including roles as Head of Economics and Politics at a leading all-boys school, Senior Deputy Head at Bancroft’s School in Essex, and founding Executive Principal of a co-educational school in London. He has served as a Principal Examiner for A Level Economics, authored several A Level textbooks, and currently teaches Economics in central London while continuing his work as an examiner. Marwan graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast with a degree in Economics and Economic History and later took an MSc in Information Management from Queen’s.

A graduate in Latin from Durham University, Jonny is Head of Boarding at a preparatory school in Berkshire. He has been involved in education for over 25 years as a teacher, boarding houseparent, and inspector.

With over 20 years' experience working in technology, telecommunications and consulting, most recently at ARM, Cambridge, Sara is currently the Senior Research Analyst covering European Semiconductors at Bernstein.

Dr Segaren is a Paediatrician and Public Health Specialist, working in global health. He has a strong interest in education, both in the UK and abroad.

Chris is currently the Director of International Property & Services at Cambridge University Press & Assessment. He has previously held senior corporate real estate and health & safety roles in several FTSE250 companies, and is formerly the senior volunteer and trustee leading the Royal Navy’s Volunteer Cadet Corps, where he volunteered in a variety of roles for over 35 years.

Romane is the Endowment Investment Manager at Trinity College Cambridge, where she oversees the public and private equity portfolio of Trinity's endowment, as well as all sustainability initiatives. Previously, she was a management consultant at McKinsey and Company in Switzerland. She is an alumna of Columbia University and the London School of Economics.

Simon practised as a Barrister specialising in Intellectual Property law for more than 40 years and has been a K.C. (formerly Q.C.) since 1989. A graduate of Oxford University, he has lived in the Cambridge area for over 35 years where his children went to school. Simon is a current Trustee of Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust.

Nicolas is a seasoned equity investor with over 15 years of experience across activism, public markets, and fundamental investing. Nicolas is known for his ability to engage constructively with Boards and Executive Management to drive shareholder value and strategic clarity. He holds advanced degrees from Sciences-Po Paris, TU Berlin, and École des Mines de Saint-Étienne.
