With six schools in and around Cambridge, we have developed a collaborative approach to leadership. Each Head leads their own school, whilst also engaging with colleagues to be leaders across the Foundation.
As Principal since 2001, I’ve enjoyed being part of significant change within the Foundation because it is my belief that education should never stand still. My key motivation is to ensure that our young people leave us equipped for a future in an increasingly global and digital world – ready to face life’s challenges.
Whilst firmly rooted in our founding ethos the changes made have been forward-looking and innovative. From shaping our vision and progressive curriculum, to opening our Junior School and Senior School to boys for the first time, through the introduction of our Diamond model.
Today, as I work with colleagues across the Foundation and talk to our young people, I feel we are offering something very different – something I’m proud to be a part of.
"The future of education relies on our refusal to stand still. We must evolve to keep pace with society's changing needs."
